How to get more damage on the lightsaber?

How do i upgrade my lightsaber to make more damage?

If you hover over your lightsaber in your character sheet/inventory, you can see whether it is moddable or not. If it is moddable, then go to the Supplies area on the Fleet and purchase some mods that are closest to your character's current level and then do "Ctrl + Right Click" on the lightsaber in order to insert the mods.
If your current lightsaber isn't moddable, there are plenty to choose from on the GTN, and then follow the same process as above once you have bought a moddable lightsaber

There are a lot of mod vendors on the Fleet that you can talk to to buy upgrades based on your level.

Keep in mind, you'll likely also find non-moddable lightsabers that will be better than what you can mod toward later levels. It's generally just better to use what's best instead of worrying about modding and use the Outfitter if you want a certain look to your weapon.

Are you testing it on the Fleet or on a level synced planet?
