I have started the Bounty Hunter quest where you board the Founder near the end of the story. I have blown up the hangar, and was making my way to disable the escape pods, but the door to them was locked. I've read you need to log in and out again, but that solution didnt work for me. Is there anything else i can try?

You can try to reset the quest. If it's still locked, look up a Youtube video of the mission to see how the player does it. It's been a while since I did BH, but I feel like a remember a time or two where the objective was a bit misleading.
