How do i price items that no one else is selling on the gtn?

So i am on darth malgus and i got a beskar spear but no one else is selling them on the gtn so how would i price the item?

you have the monopoly and it's a rare CM item

so you can price high

probably none on the GTN because people are selling in trade chat for over 1 bil which is the GTN cap
