stuck near the entrance to the ion cannon controls on manaan, the door is locked and i have no explosives like last locked door, and the quest marker only tells me to go thorugh the door nothing else. screenshot for clarification

When this happened to me, I logged off that toon and then relogged, the door was fixed then.
