As everytime I send the ID image they ignore it or do not explain what's wrong with the image

this has been proving EXTREMELY annoying because I've followed it to the letter

they get the top one and ignore the one with my ID

I had to wait nearly 18 hours for my last payment to go through. And this was after I sent Steam a request for help notifying them that my payment had been stuck on "pending" for nearly 8 hours. Steam is either moving slowly, or there is a halt in payments between Bioware and Steam. I assume it's the later.
Your screenshots show neither failed or pending. Can you see the charges in your Paypal? Is your Steam account linked to SWTOR?
