I've never received any of these items and I'm obviously way over the needed progress requirements. In-game, folks said I should receive these rewards automatically, but I haven't. Is there a way to claim these that I'm missing?

When you hit 100k what level were you?

Cause the rewards vary depending on what level you are. So while you hit 100k, you could have gotten different rewards.

Typically toons over level 75 get the tech frags.

For example my lvl 39 toon's rewards are these:

maybe i got it then. do they just show up in your inventory? is there a message that i skipped over?

It would be a rewards that you accept, like when you complete a mission
