Usually I am talking about "things to improve" first and then about some positives, so:
First thing is a voice. I don't know if it is quality of your microphone or you deliberately use some mastering to make it in this way, but it makes harder to understand what are you saying, your voice isn't "clear if you know what I mean. So if it is a quality of your microphone, I suggest you to buy a new one (I have fifine and it's works good for me, good price and not bad quality)
Second, is a choice of a game. I never heard about this game and as I understand you are doing videos only about this one. Probably if you want more views you should do videos about other games that have bigger fanbase. But if you really like THIS game then you need to catch audience with something else, but I'll talk about this later.
Third thing: Titles and Thumbnails of videos. They are pretty "old-fashioned" if you know what I mean. This style of title is not really suit for gaming videos IMO. Your thumbnails giving me vibes of channels that should have some abstract titles as your channel could be seen as "I-am-playing-in-this-game-so-you-don't-have" types. The only example I can provide is Valera Ghoster, but it is not English channel. So yeah, I would change "Templatable" titles for videos for something more engaging so people would click on it. (I actually would like to open video Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection : Way Too Easy if it would have another title)
