And noticed that it's doing much worse than my usual stuff. Both my CTR and AVD is on the floor, do you think the Thumbnail is "ugly"? Where should I improve/change stuff? Is my intro too much? Wdyt?

I think the thumbnail is very pleasing to look at; however, it may need some more context. Like if someone just saw this thumbnail they wouldn't be able to connect it to the video concept. Something like the game logo in the middle would work better.
Maybe emphasize the "yuri" aspect of the video because it's more hooky

I noticed that this thumbnail varies a lot from your most recent videos on Tomodachi life, maybe your audience got used to that format and now this one is so different so they don't realize that it's your video from their feed? Also, it looks like this video has more views in 23 hours than your past two videos that has been live longer.
