Title suggestions and help me pick a title

Hello all,

I am making a video talking about the UK housing market and its current state. For further context the UK housing market is experiencing its first decline/stagnation in almost 2 decades since the last decline was in 2008 and the one before then was in 1990. Many people will see that their home values will decrease in value and potentially we could enter a house price recession due to factors like mortgage yields increasing, renters having to pay more, economy instability and demand decreasing.

The titles I have in mind are

Title:"WTF has happened to UK housing?"
Potential other titles
"Housing in the UK is about to explode?"
"your house might be worthless soon"
"UK Housing is about to change forever?"
"Your UK Home will become worthless..."

What do y'all think?

I like “UK Housing is about to CHANGE FOREVER.” But I personally wouldn’t add a question mark. Not sure what it is, but it drives me away a little because it seems out of place

Out of the ones provided I would say “UK housing is about to change forever”
