ok i started a youtube channel 20 days ago , the account is 3 years old but i changed the name and started uploading 20 days ago i uploaded 8 videos but im still not getting so many views i only got 730 views and 7 subscribers

TBH that you are getting that many views is baseline descent. Most people starting get 1-10 views per video. Unless you are doing short form.

no they are long form but i also share in reddit but not in any reddit , like related reddit to my videos so people keep watching

That's probably okay. I used social media to push my content and it help me do relatively well at the begining. You are doing 2-3 videos per week then? What niche?
