I watched a bit of the video, mostly skimming around the beginning and from what I watched I think it's honestly pretty decent
And yeah I noticed the audio being wayyy too quiet immediately, definitely get that fixed because such a big issue makes the video unwatchable
You want the audio to be around -14 LUFS, which is the volume level that youtube automatically will normalize down to if your video is louder than that, but YouTube doesn't normalize up if your video is too quiet
Whatever video editor you use, there's likely tons of tutorials on how to properly balance your audio levels for a YouTube video, so look for some of those
