#It's not getting clicked and Viewers abondon it in the very first second

I think the reason people click away the very first seconds is because of these reasons:

  1. An AI voice will immediately throw people off
  2. The pacing of both the animation and the speed of the voice is really slow and dragging
  3. You didn’t catch me with curiosity in the first few seconds.

What could make your hook better is the following:

  1. Use your own voice or hire a freelancer that uses their voice. YouTube is all about authenticity, especially long form content. People want to hear a voice from an actual human being, not an AI. That’s why the voice needs to show/sound personality and character.
  2. I liked the twist where you said that there is actually a dark twist of Santa Claus. That’s where people would get curious. I would recommend putting that twist as soon as possible. The long intro that describes santa claus is too redundant and distracts and let people leave before the actual curiosity part of the hook comes.
  3. Use more engaging animation. The entire video doesn’t have to be super animated or anything, but the very first seconds needs to be as engaging/pattern interrupting as possible.

Hope this helps!
