Hey, this is the first draft of my newest video. Some things are still a bit rough around the edges, but it's enough to get a basic idea of the video, I think.

Haiiiii.
So gonna start by saying the voices are plenty clear, so no worries on that.
As for the sound effects, I like them mostly. Some of the timing of them could be better, as some happened a bit later than the action my brain tried to attach them to. I also think some additional movements such as a slight back and forth rock for example during the walking portion could make them feel more like they are part of the same thing.
The animations, I'd have to say is where there is the most improvement to be made. Either by bouncing each character to the audio of their lines, of just something to attach them to the voices better.
When the town is attacked, I also don't think voices should be coming from the left and the right, but instead maybe try to make the voices sound a bit farther away and have the lines coming from the town itself.
As for pacing, it was ok. There's definitely some dead air that I would cut in between some lines just to make the conversation feel more natural.

I have a vtuber program that would work well. Basically png that shakes when u talk or bpunces

Veadotube. Its what i use for my png tuber. U can set it so it vibrates when the mic detects sound
