Why are my shorts stuck at 30k views, even though engagement and retention is better every video

Hello, I’m looking for anyone who could give me some feedback on my shorts. I recently started youtube and my shorts mostly get around 30k views. Then I posted a video that I was sure would get more views, as the stats were far better than on my other shorts (engagement 85%, retention 117%). I have the same problem, and a lot of people do too. Most people say this takes around a month or two, but i have been stuck with this for about a year now, honestly have no idea what to do lol. The stats can be good, yet it will allways flat line at 30k views. Also posting often doesnt help, i post twice a day :D
