I created various title and thumbnails for this youtube podcast interview that I'm hoping to get feedback on. My CTR is awful and I never been good at making them. What are your thoughts on these thumbnails and how can I improve them. ALL of my Podcast YT videos, use a simple astetic. Left side image, right side text.
