Hey, shorts are a format that is first and foremost consumed by doomscrolling. People will just watch it and if it doesn't grab their attention immediatly they'll continue scrolling.
An episodic format doesn't really work well for shorts. Neither does having an intro where nothing happens.

for my channel (I do AI anime to transformations), if i'm doing a series of 3-5 characters per video, I leave the most flashy one first, as to grab attention
