I have completely done a 180 on thumbnails and title. What do we think? Also I think my channel might be cooked, My last 5 videos haven’t gone past 30 impressions and 5 views which I do believe is my title and thumbnail combo.

I don't know I feel like your thumbnail and title are solid! You might just be in that weird YouTube cooldown phase; I'm kind of in that similar slump too. I made a post about my video actually on this feedback channel as well.
