The thumbnail and title just don't really have much going for it
All you're saying is that the game is weird which really isn't all that interesting and the thumbnail is pretty plain so in combination there's not much appeal in your packaging

I can't really help you much because coming up with a good title and thumbnail isn't easy, so you need to spend quite some time thinking about it and testing different thumbnail concepts yourself since you're the most knowledgeable on what your video is about
I can only give you the general gist of what makes for good packaging
You should spend time researching how others make their thumbnails and titles
Find ones that are particularly appealing and draw you in, then figure out what makes them that way
But in general, you're trying to create a curiosity gap so that a viewer wants to check out your video, you basically have to give them a reason to want to click
