Considering the low view/impression count I don't think the quality of the video itself is the main issue here. Because at the end of the day, no one really watched it yet (not meant to be mean, but in the big scheme of things, 20 views is nothing). Thus, I think we should look more at the T&T AND Topic. But I'll focus here on the topic.

The low impressions mean that youtube doesn't show your video to people, because it thinks they are not interested. If you look at your most popular video (Which animes not to miss in summer), it's clear that this will be appealing to a lot of anime fans. That video has probably 10k+ impressions. Same with the 2nd best performing video (going back to the RTL 2 feeling). I don';t know a single person who watched/watches anime and didn't have their first contact through RTL 2. HUGE appeal because it was an amazing time in one's life. Of course I want to know which anime brings me the same feeling.
However, the last two videos are way more niche. If people don't know "kaiju no 8", why watch the video? If they don't know "Cowboy Bebop", why watch the video before? I think those videos might perform better when your channel is more established. Then, people will watch the videos for you or your recommendations (like for ninotakutv). But you don't have this kind of authority yet. So people watch the videos for the topic and stay for you.

Maybe try to cover more often very popular animes and recap them season by season or as a whole. For example, people might not want to catch up with all seasons of one piece, but are interested in hearing what happened per season to get a grasp on it and start watching later. Or they watched it when it came out and want a recap. Likewise, you could cover animes that just came to netflix since they are easily accessible and someone might want to see if it's worth starting to watch it (or they watched the real people version and would love to compare it with the anime like for kakegurui). I could imagine these kinds of videos bring more new viewers onto your channel. Then you can sprinkle in now and then videos that are less mainstream but more you, to provide more value and let them come back for your unique perspective.

This is at least what I could imagine could help 🙂 Oh plus, you posted the video 2 days ago. Sometimes the youtube algorithm takes way longer to actually push out a video. So the impressions (and views) might grow in a couple days.

That was my thinking too, thats why a asked now before i begin to work on my next video...
I will try to pick a topic that hopefully has a more broad appeal.
