The reason the CTR is low is likely because your title and thumbnail are way too vague
They don't really explain what the video's about + it's just not very interesting

As for the video itself, the AVD is low probably because of the same issue of the video topic being way too vague
You're kind of just randomly talking about "the late night experience" with no real cohesion so a lot of viewers will just click off because your intro doesn't really give them any reason to keep watching

And another thing, you should improve your audio balancing because the video is very quiet. Typically, I only need to set my audio level to between 15-30%, but for your video, I had to set it to at least 45%
Plus, some parts of the video are just WAY too loud in comparison to the rest of the video. I know it's supposed to be a joke, but it genuinely just hurts people's ears when it's that loud

I am going through every video in feedback and giving every video 1:30 to grab my attention and it will be judged on that 1:30 alone unless it's entertaining enough I keep watching.

First off the thumbnail: There is much too going on. I know you're going for a hazy night feeling but some drop shadow to make the colors pop would be nice. You should also only have one focale point.

I have my volume all the way up and your sound effects are quite loud, but your narration volume is pretty low.

I'm going to be real I don't know about this whole png tuber fish head thing. You want expressions to convey what you and the audience should be feeling, you don't have much flexibility with this whole thing, the expression should be most of the image (aka the eyes the smile what not) but this human body takes up 85%

As far as the content went I didn't know I was in for a lecture about sleep depravation. I thought we were here to dunk on Stephen Colbert, but that didn't happen. It took to the 1:20 mark for me to figure out the video was about the 'late night' sensation. I'm grading your video in the late night and what I can say is just make your audio clear, expression clear, thumbnail clear, and thesis statement up front to make it clear what the video is about and you're all good to go.
