I designed 2 very different thumbnails for my first video. Which one would you be more likely to click on, and why?

Suggestions for alterations are also welcome.

I could see both working. I think long-term the green one would do a bit better, since the text could be hard to read one the white one, but it's definitely simple enough to work. Try A/B testing them both! I'd also increase the font size a bit so it's easier to read.
