Started my yt journey today. Have uploaded my first yt shorts.

Please feel free to roast it too.
I have so many questions!!

Is the quality of the video alright?
Is the length ok?
Is the b-roll too long?
Does the music go with it?

Very very excited, and really hoping to get some insights from you guys. All feedback is welcome! 🙂

Hi. I think this is a decent start but I think it could really use some commentary about the client, what they wanted and what you decided to do in your design app.

Hi there! I agree, I think you should add some commentary. What was the briefing from the client? What is the logo for? What software did you use? How long did it take you? What to keep in mind or avoid? Why did you decide on these colors? Why the flower? Take us with you and let us know the thought process 😊 A lot of people watching these videos are not designers themselves, so it's interesting for them to get to know more about the whole process.
Also, while I do think the examples at the end are nice, I think you should reduce their duration, so either have less examples or show them for a shorter duration. Every second counts for shorts, so let someone skip the last 5sec of your videos (which is "just" the end product) means they'd skip 10% of your video. Not the best signal for YT.
Lastly, you need some kind of hook to keep the viewer engaged. Remember that it's very easy to find your video through shorts, but also to skip it. It's just one small swipe. So if people are not entertained/engaged/hooked within the first couple seconds, they won't stay for long enough to see your amazing work.

hii, this was a mockup project but i understand what you are trying to say. I definitely want to add commentary, that is my next small target that i have decided for my next short.
