I create high-level gaming and tech analysis content, and I'm looking for some general feedback to help improve my work and grow my channel going forward.
Currently, most of my videos aren't breaking past 1,000 views, so I feel like I'm missing something. Based on my analytics, my audience retention tends to hover around early 30%, with noticeable drop-offs during the intro.
What do you think I should focus on to improve? Is it my intros, audio, pacing, or something else entirely?
