Maybe shortening the title or putting a more interesting part in the beginning would help.
Title Ideas: "Secrets of a door 2 door salesmen", "Tricks to a Door 2 Door salesmen"
Thumbnail: I feel like the fedora guy doesn't portray what the average salesmen we think of, which could be throwing off what people want to see. Maybe putting in an attractive person or even an animal with a tie would help
