I need someone who can add audio and background music to my videos

what kind of videos do u make i might be able to help you but i dont use premier pro

Well physically it's drag and drop, and you'll never get the skills if you just offload the task to other people

Try using free software like CapCut instead for a more simple understanding and you'll move up from there.
