My first serious longform video, need some feedback on its engagement/pacing and where the wrongs are. (ignore the notes i wrote as text in the video, they wont make the final cut)

Mic is the biggest issue

But also, the pace is too slow

Its not that i think you need to be super fast, but faster. Your low voice and consistant candence paired with the super genlte speach pattern you have makes it sound like youre dragging words out into a drone

Absolutely your voice

But your voice sets the pace of the video too, so youll have to adjust that when you adjust your voice or itll be a lot of blank empty space
