The text is really hard to read, especially in the first two because they grey is too similar to the background and the white is too similar to the dude's shirt. Try using coloured text and adding a stroke or drop shadow to make it pop better

I'd also recommend adding a stroke or a drop shadow to the arrows, and making them a more vibrant shade of red

Also the third one doesn't have the NXT logo, which I'd recommend having so people immediately know you're talking about WWE at a first glance
