#Seeking legitimate, constructive criticism, are my thumbnails enticing is my content actually good?

I started my channel last month, I'm at 27 subs currently, a total of 3800 views, most of which came from one short that I posted, all of my long form content is reaching 160ish views and then dying, I'm getting a reasonable amount of impressions, but my CTR is around 4%.. which I'm not sure if that's good or not..

Friends and family are telling me that my content is great, but they're friends and family, so that response is to be expected.

If anyone is willing to check out my channel and videos and give me legitimate criticism about the content, thumbnails, etc. it would be much appreciated, be as harsh as possible

I think these types of videos are really fun and interesting! Just keep being consistent and eventually you’ll get picked up by the algorithm. One thing is that you need to make your titles shorter cause its so long that i cant fully read the title. So just dont add the “ it cant be that hard?” Other then that your channel looks great!

Your thumbnails look fine. You're getting the same views a lot of my stuff did around 1K subscribers.
