So first thing I look at is the thumbnails. Try stepping back from the screen. They're quite hard to read / identify. With thumnails, you always need to think of a mobile audience. But more than that, it's how your thumbails pop versus competing videos. Try this:

  • Use a tool like VidIQ or something similar to compare what your thumbnail looks like versus others - does yours stand out?
  • If not, try reducing what's on the thumbnail. Sometimes, you don't even needs a lot of text. A word or two, or none at all can make a big difference. Also, competitor research is very important here
  • Contrast is very important. Like that cozy game looks great, but the thumbnail is hard to read

So with your video, I think you can shorten your intro, long intros are hard to get right. Because it's giving a list style format, maybe change the title to "5 reasons why we procrastinate - and how to solve them". Then make the thumbnail something like showing a bunch of unplayed games or books, or a person being distracted by things.
