Hi Onntowa, here's some of my feedback!
-
The audio and gameplay capture is great; your voice is really clear, and the action on the screen looks wonderful. I think you're doing a good job!
-
The editing is nice, and I like that you used clips from movies / posters / things like that. It helps break up the action!
Areas for potential improvement:
-
Try putting yourselves in the audience's shoes and think about the first five seconds. You start your video with an error screen, then a loading screen, and you asking yourself, "is my game broken?"
-
These first few moments are incredibly important: the audience is basically making a decision as to whether or not they want to keep watching. It's critical to try and "hook" people by getting their attention / piquing their interest / etc.
If I was in your shoes, I would try to identify a REALLY funny or exciting clip to open the episode with so people will want to watch the whole thing.
Many famous comedians have talked about how they open their sets with their best joke so people "wake up", and I think that's also kinda true in content creation!
