Hey. Judging from your message you seem to have a solid plan. That's what I like to see when it comes to longterm projects. I work in Title+Thumbnail decisions. So you'll need an editor separately. Title+Thumbnails are its own little world and deserve focus. But I'll leave it up to you to figure out if you need a dedicated person for title and thumbnails. If you wanna talk more, lets talk.
