Only things to note is the voice is a bit soft spoken and the game audio is too quiet. I would edit the audio to have better loudness equalization.

I've seen a lot of YT'er state they record their voiceovers separately from the game so they can later adjust it if it's too quiet. Audacity is one such program possible to do this with. Could be something useful to try, if you find you're really soft spoken you can boost the EQ a little in post~
And yeah the game is a bit quiet imo
