Making a review video on Zenless Zone Zero and the title is going to be something along the lines of:
"A Kitchen Nightmare? | A Full Review of Zenless Zone Zero."
or
"Is it burnt? | A full Review of Zenless Zone Zero."
I'm still workshopping that as well but I am going to be using a bunch of Kitchen Nightmare/Hell's kitchen jokes throughout the video

I like the Gordon Ramsey chef thing going on.
Given there's so many references to him in the video, I'd almost recommend swapping the face/body.
E.g. cute anime body + Gordon Ramseys face. Might be more recognisable.
You could even change the title to something like "Gordon Ramsey HATES This Chef" if you're using so many of his catchphrases.
Slightly clickbaitey, but I think it would still be relevant and people would continue to watch once in (as long as the gordon ramsey hooks are right there in the first few seconds of the video).
Another idea, you could go with the "Idiot Sandwich" meme and replace the face with your anime one 🙂
I don't pretend to be an expert, but just some ideas. Use as you see fit! 🙂

alright, so I'll Suggest you flip the text and the character. there will be time stamps and all on the right it's much more difficult to read text on that side
people also see your thumbnail from the left so it's best placed left or top
and the character i really like, but do they have a more angry face? will fit better
lastly, make the background just a bit darker so you can highlight the character and text in front
