okay so I'm like two minutes into this video so far. My first question is why are you there? Is it supposed to be haunted or something? Is your channel just based on visiting abandoned celebrity properties? I just don't get why you're there. Second, I'm not sure if you just didn't know what to talk about or just felt like you needed to say something but you say "wow look at this obvious thing" a lot. Third, if you're going to say the cost of the property I don't think you should put it in the title. It should be one or the other but not both. I will say your audio is very good, you've got a steady hand from what I've seen so all your footage looks good for what you have to work with, and I'd say you have a good voice for stuff like this.

I feel liek the title should lean more into you exploring an abandoned mansion
rather than just the price it seems more like from the title youre exploring a mansion someone lives in

The thumbnail's not really great looking either. Donna's so tiny that it's hard to tell she's even in the image if you're looking at it from afar.
