#Best quality LAV MIC pre-mix?

Yeah, understandable to use a lav mic, in some situations they are inevitable. I just mentioned that so your expectations are in line with reality. There are definitely good enough quality lav mics that sound good. But listening to one side by side against a larger mic, the large mic will sound better. Countryman, a few sennheiser models and sanken all have good lav mics tho
I'm not sure why you'd want an audio interface and whatever you mean by rode xlr
most lav mics are not xlr tho they exist but provide no benefit
just get a portable audio recorder and plug a lav mic into it
some even have locking 3.5mm connectors which would give you one of the benefits of xlr without the bulky cable. and nowadays with 32 bit audio recording, you really don't need to know much about audio recording. Just plug in mic and hit record. No auto gains, no need to set levels, or worry about using a limiter
but don't cheap out on audio equipment. the good stuff will last a lifetime while the bad stuff will never work properly. some lav mics are very power hungry so you'll need a powerful audio recorder. and low quality lav mics have a ton of self noise that you can never get rid of
