Right there where it says recording quality change that to “High Quality” or something other than “same as stream” if you’d like to have the pause recording button. Also I’d recommend .mkv and then Remuxing the video after it’s done. In the File tab you can hit remux recordings, click the dots and add the .mkv file and it’ll turn it to .mp4 which is better for most softwares.
