I was not sure if I am the right person to respond as I am too old 🙂 .
Then I had a thought "wow, 13yo are interested in such new?", but then I though that if YOU are interested than others are also. So I think that teenage audience is more likely watch YOU than a 30yo unknown person. So for sure there are your viewers.
from my side (my views are about as yours, so not an expert at all) I would suggest to work on Tittles and Thumbnails. For example for this video I assume that you are talking about guy whose pic this is (don't know him, sorry) and square pic is too small. I would suggest leave minecraft back, remove bg from his portrait pic and make it bigger. And sexual assault is a very.... provocative topic, so make it even more... it could be like this persons face much bigger and "rapist?" it is short but I eye-catching. It could be red text or white with borders.
It is just my opinion, as I said, deffinetly not a guru 🙂
