I would very much avoid “The McG******ng” in your thumb + title”. It gives off a very nsfw vibe and might even get flagged for being inappropriate content.
I think you should go for a “A McDonalds Secret Recipe???” Or “Secret Menu Item” type vibe instead. That drives curiousity.
Def change the color of the bright yellow bottom text. The top version is better but it blends into the background too much and is hard to read. The text on top is good, maybe copy that and add less yellow glow

I liked the yellow glow over the red. The red feels a little mancing. Try adding a drop shadow similar to your top text and doing a subtle yellow glow
