There's nothing here that makes me want to click. It's not interesting and doens't inspire cuirosity. It doesn't really tell me much about the video, so I don't know what to expect. There's nothing here that would tell me this video will be worth my time.
You have to give the audience a reason to click.

basically yes

people can (or at least I can) usually tell when a thumbnail is largely official art, and imo it doesn't make the video more attractive
