Hello everybody. I just started out last month (almost) and it’s been very slow for me. Idk what I’m doing wrong. Critique-me, praise me, I need help and suggestions. Anything is appreciated.

Titles of videos are too long I would say

the thumbnails with the red text are a little unclear for viewers

How do I make it clearer? I use Canva.

just start using it and watching tutorials on youtube

and you'll get good enough quickly

I still don’t understand why my shorts have no views

I think the amount of views you’re getting after a month is normal

Maybe it should be in the hundreds

I started about a month ago too

I only get in the low hundreds

One video blew up to 2.3k

I think because I had a very good hook

I understand the long form taking time but with shorts I expected more. I posted my third one and zero views. Idk what I’m doing wrong there

It’s disappointing

I doubt tags have a big effect

Just keep trying

And make a list of things you can improve

And try to improve those things each video

I’m bad at identifying what’s bad or good

Bro what is your channel theme?

And who’s your audience?

At this stage probably everything can be improved

So you can list all aspects of the video and choose a few to focus on improving next video

Disturbing and tragic content from Latin speaking countries. So it appeals to those with morbid curiosities, history buffs

Study other channels that do this successfully

Look at how they do storytelling

How they edit

And then use that for your own shorts

I studied fascinating horror and it’s more or less the same

If you really can’t find anything they do better then you can only keep going

I can’t say I’ve seen too many but from the ones I’ve seen, I’m able to emulate

So it’s just bad luck

You can also think how can they improve their own videos

Because if I’m dependent on luck, I have no control

And use that to make yours better

I noticed that my latest shirt wasn’t even shown in the feed. Hence the lack of any views. This sucks
