For my next video, i'm thinking of trying a new thumbnail idea. The video is playing Wreckfest and the title is DEMOLISHING Adam in this PHYSICS RACING GAME | Wreckfest Gameplay. I'm trying to make a very clickable thumbnail, what do you think? Should I follow the style of all of my other thumbnails and put my Minecraft character facing left to increase brand recognisableness or keep it like this? Please provide any input! I know the thumbnail isn't entirely relevant but I have a good feeling about it

If you think i t would look better I could add more smoke or move it (i added it in myself)
I think add a blur to the background to make it clear the car is the focal point
I like the occlusion effect though!
maybe a bit more blur? Looks much better already though
stupid discord bug
waiting for it to load ahh
blur looks really good now, gives it that feeling of movement
you can maybe try to do something similar to the car to make it look like it's moving too
One thing you could do is duplicate the car, make the duplicate slightly more transparent, and then put it in the layer behind and shift it to the back so that only a small part is poking out (can repeat it a few times)
That’s a good idea- I will try it tomorrow when I am on my pc
Probably a good idea to do that since in the original image the car was actually sat still lmao
Do you think it would also look good if I cut out the back windows of the car and maybe added a semi transparent layer that you can see the text through in the back window to make it feel like it is actually there? Such a small detail nobody probably would notice but maybe make me happy 😂
if it makes you happy, give it a shot!
hmm, try a couple more of those, 3-4 is generally what I do
the cutout in the back window looks good too
Thanks!
I lowered the opacity of the smoke as it didn't look very real
That may have to be the final version as I'm going out today - hopefully I'm back before 4.30
Final Version
I think that looks good!
