I'm looking for an editor to edit up to 4 videos a month. You would be paid for each video edited for the first month, then paid monthly based on the amount of videos edited, with a possible bonus for outstanding work or going above and beyond.

I'm looking for someone that would be comfortable chatting with me about video ideas and editing styles along with general chit chat, I'm not looking for someone who rushes work, doesn't communicate properly and isn't passionate about their work.

I am starting a new job in February, and have 2 kids, including a new born daughter. As such, I cannot promise frequent work. I do AIM to output a video a week, but I need you to understand that irl responsibilities will always take priority.
