I have started a milsim/realism shooter gaming channel, I try to upload once a week or more if I can. I am very passionate about editing and creating content but I know nothing about growing a channel or reaching an audience. Any help would be fantastic!! I don't like how your videos are a lie. Tarkov is a trash game for trash people and you should be saying as much in your videos ;)
Joking aside, I'm lost as for the context of the video.
You should be telling a story. You already have a story, but you're not telling it. I'm watching your latest video. You're sniping with some guy, trading fire with a guy who's crossing a road.
Why are you here? Who's your friend? Where are we? Or more concretely, Who are the characters, what's your goal, and what's our obstacle? You and your friend are the protagonists, the goal is the guy's loot or something like that, and the obstacle is the guy firing at you. Now give me a beginning middle and end. The beginning is the setup to the fight. The middle is the fight. The ending is defeating him or dying yourself/the climax and money shot when all the tension is released.
If I were you, I'd swap between post and live commentary. Your post commentary is explaining the setup, and what's going on. The live commentary is to break up the pacing and for the tense and crazy moments.
The title doesn't give much more info. You mention the guns and level but that's it. Those two things aren't the appeal of the video. The appeal is supposed to be the story you're telling. This video isn't a guide about the level or guns.
There's no editing past the start. If it doesn't serve the story or point of the video, cut it out. What's the point of this video? What am I supposed ot get out of it? You just barely touch on it about 6:30 in. It needs way more of that.
e.g. "I had the craziest firefight ever on Woods today! and now I want to show you guys. So my friend XXX and I were geared out with X guns, when we spotted this guy with Y loot and we wanted it, we wanted it bad."
That sets up who you are, and what the goal is, and the payoff the video (the crazy firefite), now I wanna stick around and see wtf was so crazy about this shootout.
