Hello, I'm doing dark criminology videos covering crimes and I wanted to use Silent Hill ambient songs because they match the topics I cover super good. Can I lose my channel if I include them in my videos? How difficult can it be to discover I'm using these songs if I play them backwards with a slowed effect?

video game music is almost never tagged on YT, for whatever reason.
I've used them played at normal speed, as background music, for years, and know plenty of huge YTers who do the same. YT never marks 'em.
Realistically, you're probably fine for years in the foreseeable future.
Bad case scenario, they get claimed and you gotta mute/replace them in the future.
Worst case, YT auto deletes the videos and strikes the channel, which I'd be a large sum of money will never happen.
