Heya everyone, this is my first time using Photoshop to create a thumbnail... I decided to create 3 quick thumbnails and I'd like your opinion on whichever one pops out the most to you. Thanks!

I like, and I like the framing / composition of having the reticle / sight on someone. Out of the 3, I'd prob choose #2, but I'd tone down the glow just a bit, it's a little overpowering. If you want you could also add some blur to the background outside the reticle to hammer in the focus.
Good job on the first photoshop! (now time to take like 3 years to master it lol)
