I need help making a thumbnail. This is what I got so far. Can you guys critique it for me?

The red text is pretty hard to read, you're definitely gonna want a border around it. I would also scale up the head in the corner and try the hide the fact that the image is only from the neck up. Honestly I'd put a small border around that as well.
I don't known how much it matters, but it should be "YOU NEED TO KNOW" not "YOU NEED TOO KNOW", but that might be me being strict about diction.
There might even been too much text, it's quite a lot to read.
