Quora is widely known, so I feel it will attract those audience who watches these types of content if you do use "Quora" in your title.

seems pretty solid to me, and a lot of people know what quora is. The thumbnail might benefit from being simplfied more. have less stuff on there, and have the absurd question be bigger and more of the main point. Like even a screenshot of the actuall quora question page for that question might be good.
