I would go for thumbnail number one with the grey phone and white text, but try and edit out the markings on the phone at the bottom, tilt the fone a little bit to the left so you can move your text a little bit more to the middle of the image. If you want to make it stand out even a little bit more, you can try experimenting with a giant 'banner' that goes behind the phone and behind your text, gives it a bit more depth 🙂

Might go with 2 thumbnail were the foldable phone is open. That will make people intuitively know that it's about which phone.
And go with the idea of Onkruid, your thumbnail is way too simple and plain yellow BG doesn't help (color psychological theory).
If you can show a feature that will really push people to be raged, then that will get you more clicks
