The audio is a bit rough so would def improve that if you could. There are some moments when the sound effect is louder than your actual talking.
The video itself feels like it could be more engaging. Maybe you can experiment with having text on screen throughout the whole video (styled captions), because the stock video scenes are kind of boring without text over it.
Also the script itself could've been more engaging I think. The hook could be stronger like "Notion is a billion dollar company now but in the early days they almost went broke" vs "Did you know Notion almost didn't exist".
