Way too long IMO. There was nothing of value that I saw in the first few minutes I watched. The gag about the game not working is OK but it dragged a bit too much. Not interesting enough for me to watch the rest to be honest.

I don't know what you're going for with the thumbnail but the John wick is too dark for the dark background it's on. The rest of the thumbnail doesn't make any sense to me. The background is too busy, I would put some gaussian blur on it.

I wouldn't click this thumbnail because I have no idea what the video is about based on it.

There's nothing interesting enough to catch my attention.

From what I saw of the gameplay after the intro there was a lot less editing in terms of content than early on. It could be cut down considerably.

Thanks for the feed back... but with all due respect, I dont think you can give proper feedback (apart from feedback on engagment ig) while only watching a minute and a half.

And yeah, the thumbnail was done by me instead of our usual guy so It may not be of our usual quality.

The first 15 seconds are probably the most important because that's where most of the drop off is gonna be. I skimmed and watched a bit of the rest of the video and there just isn't enough editing for my taste or anything to really stick around for. This kind of content has really been eaten up by streaming. That's not necessarily saying anything about the personality or the humor cuz I think that does come through a bit in the edit but I think you need more of that and less of the raw unedited gameplay if you want to grow long term.

I get how it seems unfair to judge a video without watching all of it, because it kind of is— however YouTube viewers just want to see good stuff. They aren’t going out of their way to be fair to the creators of the content the platform shoves in front of their face. The platform is always presenting them options to click on as soon as they’re bored.
